Hi I'm James, the owner of Moist. We're a Bristol-based artisan hummus producer. I started Moist in 2015 originally intended as a lifestyle business to make a few extra quid to help with rent. Nearly 10 years on we now trade at 6 different markets and various food festivals throughout the year and the demand for our produce has ensured that the business has pretty much never been the part-time jaunt I had initially intended. Moist is all about doing good food differently and having fun along the way! We aim to use high quality ingredients and innovative flavour combinations to deliver excellent hummus quite like nothing you've ever had before.
