Mami Maggie’s Recipes

We make the most delicious West African food, including chilli sauces and green marinade and we are based in Newport Gwent. Our motivation stems from our passion for cooking and sharing our African culinary heritage. We are driven by the desire to preserve and promote our rich traditional recipes, bringing the flavours and stories of the Afro cuisine to a broader audience. We aim to create a sustainable income stream for ourselves, empower, and provide employment opportunities to our communities. What we enjoy the most about our job is meeting new people, talking to them and putting smiles on their faces through the richness of our food and ensuring their satisfaction. We are incredibly proud of our cultural representation, being able to preserve and promote our traditional recipes, building relationships and fostering community cohesion. Our fried and jollof rice dishes, our chilli sauces, green spices, fried plantains, sautéed beans, stir fry veg make us distinct.
