We are Lian Zhang & Paul Barnett. We specialise in traditional Chinese dumplings, noodles, side & sweets. Our recipe comes from a long family tradition in China,. Lians' family have been making & selling dumplings for around 150 years & have several restaurants in China. We are really proud & very happy that people like & enjoy our food!
