Whisk & Fold

I make vegan cakes, puddings and sweet treats from my vegan kitchen at home in Cathays, Cardiff. II absolutely love baking, and have been incredibly disappointed with the selection of vegan cakes in shops in the past. So I decided to combine those two factors and do something about it! I have turned my passion for baking into a small business that I can share with others. I want to be as unique as possible and make new products that are hard to find as a vegan, such as cheesecake and lemon drizzle cake.

Although I am only starting out and my business hasn't fully launched yet, I am proud of the fact that I would most certainly not clasify myself as a business savvy person and quite frankly I am learning as I go, but that I had the confidence to step out of my comfort zone and do this. Not yet but I have my eye on a few vegan retailers that I hope to collaborate with in the future! My favourite product would definitely have to be my chocolate chip bread & butter pudding. Its unique and filling, messy to make, but so so worth it in the end result!
