Hi, I’m Mark and I own Flour’d Up.

We are a mobile wood fired pizza company based in Llandaff, Cardiff.

We’ve been on the road since April 2016 and have been working with Cardiff Farmers Markets for the last 3 years.

Spending time in Italy gave me a huge passion for their food and in particular pizza. I finally took the plunge and stopped just talking about giving up the 9 to 5, and became a street food trader.

I’ve met some great people along the way and have been lucky enough to cater at some incredible venues.

As well as our markets and pop ups, we cater for weddings and parties. We’ve grown the business and can offer wedding packages where we can cater for the whole day. As well as pizza, we offer bespoke platters and grazing boards. These are filled with amazing produce largely from businesses that we’ve worked alongside.

2020 has been a funny old year and we really appreciate the support we have received. In lockdown we started delivering ‘make at home’ pizza packs which proved a big hit!

We’re looking forward to a busy 2021!
