I often noticed that the food offerings lacked both value for money and high quality. This realization motivated me to create a food service that delivers better value without compromising on quality. I believe in offering more affordable options while maintaining superior standards.

I am committed to responsibly sourcing ingredients, using room-to-roam chicken, grass-fed beef, RSPCA-assured pork, and other ethically sourced products. I also prioritize eco-friendly practices by using compostable and recyclable packaging and composting all food waste that can be composted. High-quality customer service is a cornerstone of my business, ensuring a caring and personalized experience that caters to all dietary preferences, including vegan and vegetarian options. My goal is to offer flavorful, homely comfort cooking that respects the planet.

Driven by my passion for baking and homely food, I decided to embark on this new culinary adventure. With a background in crafting exquisite wedding cakes and buffet-style spreads, I felt ready to turn my love for cooking into a business. My aim is to build a custom kitchen at home, equipped with specialized tools suitable for the business. In the future, I plan to operate from a mobile van or trailer, bringing my food to more locations.
