Minto's Patisserie

Hi I'm Andrew Minto, Owner of Minto's Patisserie. I am a pastry chef from Cardiff who has a love for all things sweet and chocolatey! I started my own patisserie business at the end of 2022. Back in 2021 I took part and won the channel 4 show 'Bake off: The professionals'. Since then my goal has been to perfect cakes and patisserie desserts.
