Autumn Produce: What's in Season at our Markets

Autumn is the most abundant season in the harvest calendar - which means plenty of local produce to choose from at this time of year.

At our markets, you can visit our regular, weekly fruit and veg stalls (Paul’s Organic and Coed Organic) and look out for the freshest beetroot, broccoli, butternut squash, carrots, celery, celeriac, the last of the summer courgettes and fennel, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, parsnips, the last of the peas and peppers, potatoes, shallots, sweetcorn, swedes and turnips.

And you can also keep an eye out for seasonal duck, goose, lamb, boar and venison from our meat and poultry traders like Trecastle Eggs, Madgetts Farm, Wild & Rare and Penrhiw farm.
