Join Mami Maggie's for an Afro Cuisine Demo on Saturday 26th April
Mami Maggie's make the most delicious West African food, including chilli sauces and green marinade, and are based in Newport Gwent. With a motivation which stems from a passion for cooking and sharing their African culinary heritage, Mami Maggie's is a business driven by the desire to preserve and promote traditional recipes, bringing the flavours and stories of Afro cuisine to a broader audience.

You can join Mami Maggie's at our Roath Farmer's Market at 11am this Saturday morning, where they will be showcasing how they make their traditional Fried Rice, Sautéed Beans and Fried Plaintains!
The demo is free to attend and open to all market goers, just head over to the demo area in the middle of the market for 11am - you might even get a chance to try some samples...
